In the picture below you can see the surface coating system of an organically coated sheet.
The top side is the side of the coil that is normally on the top during the production process. It is the coil side that has highest demands on appearance and corrosion protection.
The lower side is normally given a lower side coating (protective finish). On request, other types of coating are also possible.
